CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Once that the deposit is paid and booking is confirmed, the remain balance is due 30 days before arrival. We send a gentle reminder, and the guests can pay online or by phone. Cancellations in excess of 28 days of arrival will be able to move their reservation deposit to another booking with in a year on the booking which is being cancelled. Reservations cancellations inside 28 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit and charged at 100% . We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.
